Athens: EU deal with London only if borders remain open – DiePresse.com

A compromise with Britain must agree to all EU countries. This fact will obviously use Greece to force concessions on the refugee crisis – mainly from Austria. According to European diplomats Athens insists on commitments by the other EU members that no state close until the next summit in early March its borders unilaterally to refugees

this is aimed primarily at the initiative announced by the Austrian government ceiling. Greece, entering via the most refugees from Turkey in the EU, fearing that thereby follow a domino effect and could there be a massive backlog in their own country.
